No one person or site can provide sufficient tribute to the lives lost in Naval Special Warfare (NCDU, UDT, SEAL) since WWII and I don't propose to be able to do that here. I add to this when I can and if you have a story, photo or info that you would like to contribute, or a name to add, submit the info here, and I'll update the appropriate page once the info is validated.

In 2010, the Navy SEAL Museum Memorial was dedicated. It contains the names of all NCDU / UDT / SEAL Team members Killed in Action (KIA) or Training (KIT) since WWII. Information about the Navy SEAL Museum is here found on their web site

Memorial

So, HOOYAH to all the men who paid the ultimate price for our freedom and that of others, from Scouts and Raiders, to NCDU, UDT and SEALs.

I hope this brings honor to them.

To search for an individual memorial, enter the SEAL's name, unit or campaign below.

Many thanks to all the people that have added their expertise in researching the information on this site. To Jan Albertie, who seems to find all the dates I can't. To Sue Ann Dunford who dedicated years to WWII NCDU research for her book! To Kerrith H. (Kerry) King, Class 20, UDT-21, who compiled the bulk of the alphabetical listings over the years. Thanks to the RD and Pam Russell of the Naval Special Warfare Archives and the countless others that have reviewed, refined and proofread these tributes.
